Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
This statement sets out the position of iPapers Ltd on modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and exploitative working practices.
Last updated: May 2026. This statement is published as a voluntary ethical and compliance statement unless a statutory reporting obligation applies.
1. Organisational position
iPapers Ltd is committed to conducting its work in a manner that is lawful, ethical and respectful of human dignity. We do not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, child labour or exploitative working conditions in our operations or professional network.
2. Nature of our work
iPapers operates as a research, advisory, editorial, statistical and strategic communication structure. Its work is principally knowledge-based and delivered through professional, academic and specialist contributors. The risk profile is therefore different from manufacturing or physical supply-chain industries, but it still requires diligence in recruitment, subcontracting and professional engagement.
3. Professional network and suppliers
We expect researchers, editors, consultants, analysts, technical providers and other professional contributors associated with iPapers to work voluntarily, lawfully and under conditions that respect autonomy, dignity, fair dealing and professional standards.
4. Due diligence
Where appropriate, iPapers may review the identity, competence, professional background and working arrangements of contributors or suppliers. We aim to avoid arrangements that involve coercion, deception, unlawful withholding of payment, abusive control, exploitation or unsafe working conditions.
5. Recruitment and engagement
iPapers does not knowingly engage persons under coercive or exploitative conditions. Contributors are expected to have the right to provide the relevant services, to understand the nature of the assignment and to be free to decline work that is unsuitable, unlawful or unethical.
6. Reporting concerns
Any concern relating to modern slavery, human trafficking or exploitative practice connected with iPapers may be reported confidentially to info@ipapers.co.uk. Reports will be reviewed seriously and proportionately.
7. Continuous review
This statement may be reviewed and updated as the business, contributor network, service model and applicable legal obligations develop.
